If you only feel that you can be drawn towards the most attractive people, then you should be aware that beautiful people are only beautiful until you get to know them and understand their characters – after that they are just human like the rest of us.
If you are not succeeding in finding a life partner this is important. You may not be prioritising what really counts and may just be responding to desire. Lovely though this can be, it is unsustainable in the long term, no matter how intense, unless there is something else on which you can both build a firm foundation.
So, if you can train yourself to look beyond looks, charm and wit, towards values and character, you will have a much greater chance of finding happiness. Individual wisdom, resilience and warmth, for example are less likely to fade with time…..
